We encourage all inquires to call and set up an appointment for a free, no obligation intro class. This intro class lasts about 20 minutes and gives you the opportunity to meet us and test drive our program. After you get a feel of the benefits we provide and how we will be able to meet your needs, we'll sit down and look over the class schedule, membership options, family discounts and any questions that you might have.
